Bodyrock and 30 Day Shred

I have decided to do Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred. Jillian Michaels was a trainer for a few seasons on The Biggest Loser, so it seems like she could be reliable. I am doing this challenge during the cold months because, let's be honest, it is the time of year that we stop working out, we bundle up, and we hide from the cold. Then come spring and summer, we bust our butts trying to lose wait for our shorts, skirts, and bathing suits. I think that now is the best time to lost weight and eat healthier.

So I am going to post the link to my review of the workout day by day here on this page. I will also include what I eat for each day.

I have also decided to participate in Bodyrock's 30 Day Fit challenge with Lisa-Marie. She is awesome, and they are hardcore. All of the people doing workout videos on that site have the most intense, fit bodies. They are people that obviously know what they are doing. Their workouts are using about 5-10 minutes.
